SINGLE OCCUPANCY
$2650 (DELUXE ROOM)
SINGLE OCCUPANCY

Solo travel will receive own room with one King size bed.
Suite Package includes sitting area and kitchenette.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
$1650 PP (DELUXE ROOM)
The double occupancy package price is per person for two people sharing a room with 2 beds. (Couples will be assigned one bed)
SUITE PACKAGE
$1875 PP (SUITE)
The suite package price is per person for 2 people sharing a room with 1 king bed and includes sitting area and kitchenette.
HOW TO PAY
The trip must be paid in full by April 1, 2026. For those on Payment Option 2 or Payment Option 3, an updated invoice will be sent around the 15th of every month and will include details of payments received and your remaining balance. Failure to have the trip paid in full by the aforementioned date may result in your reservation being canceled.
If you are on Payment Option 2 (half now, half later) and fail to pay the balance by the due date, your reservation may be canceled, and all payments are subject to forfeiture.
If you are on Payment Option 3 (monthly installment payments) and fall 60 days past due on your installment payments, your reservation is subject to cancellation and all payments are subject to forfeiture.
Zelle is our preferred payment method.

We also accept payments via debit and credit cards. If you select the credit card payment option on your registration form, a credit card payment link will be sent to you via email upon submission of your registration.

Half Now/Half Later: Pay 50% of the package price at the time of registration.The balance is due on March 15, 2026

OPTION THREE
Monthly Installments: Pay a deposit at the time of registration and pay the balance over 6 monthly installments (payments based on time of registration and include a small payment fee).

All trips must be paid in full by April 1, 2026. If not paid by this day trip is subject to cancellation with no refund.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are fully refundable for 10 calendar days. After 10 calendar days deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another traveler. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to andre@noviatravel.com.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
There are no cancellation refunds after 10 calendar days.
TRIP INSURANCE
We strongly advise that all attendees purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment if an emergency requires you to cancel and cover yourself in the event of a medical or other emergency while on the trip. Should medical attention be needed, many countries will require full payment in advance of any treatment or emergency service. Please check with your insurance company and credit card company to confirm any available coverage.
Novia Travel recommends: Travelex Insurance, www.travelexinsurance.com, for medical and trip cancellation coverage.
